Juliana Lam has joined the board of directors of Canadian liquids infrastructure company Gibson Energy.
As part of her appointment, Lam will also serve on Gibson’s audit committee. Lam is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. She has an MBA from the Ivey Business School, University of Western Ontario in Canada. She is also a member of the boards of Major Drilling Group International, serving on its audit and environment, health and safety committees, and Toronto Hydro Corporation, where she serves on the audit committee.
Lam has previously held a number of other senior executive positions, including executive vice-president and chief operating officer of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, executive vice-president and chief financial officer of Uranium One, senior vice-president, finance at Kinross Gold Corporation and chief financial officer at Nexans Canada.
