Harvest Midstream has commissioned two connections between its Ingleside Pipeline and two Moda Midstream facilities in Texas, US.
The first connection is between the Ingleside Pipeline and Moda Midstream’s Ingleside Energy Center, while the second is a bi-directional connection between the pipeline and Moda Midstream’s Taft Terminal, allowing the terminal to both receive from and deliver volumes to the pipeline. Moda Midstream completed 10 billion bbl expansion works at Ingleside and Taft in April and is working on a further 3.5 billion bbl expansion at the Ingleside site.
Harvest completed work on the 24 mile (39 km), 24” Ingleside Pipeline on 23 June 2020. The pipeline has a capacity of 600,000 bpd, of which 380,000 bpd is supplied by the Harvest Eagle Ford pipeline systems. It originates at the Harvest Midway Terminal, which will begin full operations on 1 October 2020.
‘Just a few months after the announcement of the Ingleside Pipeline’s completion, it is a huge win for Harvest and our customers to have these new connections in place. As we continue to build capabilities to provide our customers growth potential, we look forward to being able to announce new successes in the region,’ says Jason Rebrook, CEO of Harvest Midstream.
