UK storage company Stanlow Terminals, which has two sites at Stanlow and Tranmere in Cheshire, has received ISO 45002 accreditation for its health and safety management system.
DNV GL carried out the audit process, which looked at the effectiveness of Stanlow Terminals’ health, safety and environment (HSE) management systems. The company says that the accresdiation acknowledges its continued commitment to employee safety, reducing workplace risks and providing a safe working environment.
‘Health and safety is at the core of everything we do at Stanlow Terminals. Operating in a high hazard environment and as a new business we are proud to have delivered on our objective to achieve this accreditation and demonstrate the highest standards of safety leadership,’ says Lee Deponeo, HSSE Manager at Stanlow Terminals.
