VTTI’s oil storage facility in the Port of Tanjung Bin Pelepas in Malaysia has been leased to store oil, according to industry sources.
Reuters reports that the second phase of VTTI’s expansion project, which was completed in August, has been fully leased.
The expansion added 262,000 m3 of storage capacity to the ATT Tanjung Bin facility as well as the construction of a new jetty capable of serving Aframax tankers.
The first phase of the terminal, which started in April 2012, is also fully leased. It can store fuel oil, middle distillates and petrol.
