Sunoco LP has completed the previously announced acquisition of Honolulu, Hawaii-based Aloha Petroleum.
Aloha Petroleum is Hawaii’s largest independent petrol marketer and one of the biggest convenience store operators in the region, with a wholesale fuel distribution network and six fuel storage terminals on the islands.
The acquisition extends Sunoco’s business into refined products terminals.
Total purchase price was approximately $240 million (€201.2 million), subject to a post-closing earn-out, certain closing conditions and before transaction costs and expenses.
