Romanian port operator Oil Terminal Constanta has a new general manager.
The company’s existing technical director Emil Rohat will replace Silviu Ioan Wagner as the state-owned terminal’s GM.
Adrian-Catalin Bulboaca, managing partner at Bulboaca si Asociatii law firm is the company’s new interim administrator.
The decision came after a meeting with the company’s board of administrators on 16 May.
In 2011, Oil Terminal Constanta reported a turnover of 27.3 million, a 12% drop compared to the previous year.
Its net profits also suffered, coming in at five times lower than achieved in 2010.
Ministry of Economy holds a controlling 59.64% stake in the port operator.
