Horizon Terminals says it will open a new facility in Jebel Ali, which will have a storage capacity of 141,000m³.
Punj Lloyd, an Indian-based construction company, has been awarded to build project which includes engineering, procurement and construction of a bulk oil terminal inside the Jebel Ali Free Zone along with a 60 kilometre jet fuel pipeline to the Dubai International Airport.
The terminal will also include a tanker truck loading system which will connect the oil tanker berths with the related facilities.
