Westway Group, a bulk liquid storage company, has elected Philip Howell, James Jenkins and Anthony Andrukaitis to the board of directors.
The trio will be formerly put on the board in an annual shareholders meeting that will take place on 16 June.
Howell and Jenkins currently serve on the board of the company, although Andrukaitis has not previously been associated with the company and was chosen by the ED&F Man, Westway’s affiliate, for his previous experience in the bulk liquid terminal business and for his independence from the company.
Andrukaitis, who is 57, was formerly president and CEO of GATX Terminals and was a member of the GATX Terminals management team for more than 25 years.
Francis Jenkins, chairman of the board says: ‘We look forward to the contributions that Mr Andrukaitis, as a new addition to our board, will be able to make to the overall governance and future direction of the company.’
