The Chiba oil port in Japan has reopened following the massive earthquake that rocked the country on Friday.
According to a Tokyo shipping company, all the businesses within the port have reopened aside from the Cosmo Oil terminal.
Cosmo Oil says it was undertaking a damage assessment and elsewhere the Sendai, Onahama and Kashima ports are still closed.
Following the devastating earthquake and ensuing tsunami, from which thousands are still missing, some oil refineries burst into fireballs and caused huge explosions. A petrochemical facility in Miyagi also blew up.
