South Korea's distributor of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) SK Gas Co will spend 170 billion won (112.3 million) on building a new storage facility.
The storage tank in Ulsan will be used to house lubricants to be exported.
SK Gas affiliate SK Lubricants, a wholly-owned unit of SK Energy, will lease the facility.
The LPG distributor said it expects around 25 billion won in sales from the facility.
