France-based Rubis Terminals expansion plans at two terminals in Europe is on track, Francois Terrassin, managing director, tells Tank Storage magazine.
The storage providers Antwerp terminal, a joint venture with Mitsui, will expand from 57,000m3 of liquid storage and 14,000m3 of gas to 80,000m3 liquid and 20,000m3 gas next year. Phase two of the expansion will lift total capacity to 400-500,000m3 by 2013.
Its Rotterdam terminal in the Netherlands currently holds 121,400m3, and will grow to 182,200m3 in 30 tanks then to 300-400,000m3 after the completion of phase two in 2013.
Rubis operates 10 terminals in France, the Netherlands and Belgium.
