Following the 16 July explosion and oil spill PetroChinas Dalian and Wepec oil refineries are operating fully, and a temporary oil pipeline has been set up at its 300,000 tonnes oil terminal at Dalians Xingang port to unload crude cargoes.
PetroChina targets processing 1.42 million tonnes of oil at the Dalian plant this month, parent company China National Petroleum Corp (CNPC) says.
