It already did some name-changing in December and now independent energy trading company Mercuria's wholly-owned terminal and processing assets will be renamed under a common Vesta brand.
It acquired the Nafta (B) terminal at the Port of Antwerp, Belgium, and renamed it Vesta Terminal Antwerp at the end of last year.
These assets include: Vesta Terminal Flushing (the Netherlands) formerly Mercuria Terminals Flushing; Vesta Terminal Tallinn OU, (Estonia) – formerly Eurodek Synergy OU; Vesta Terminal Antwerp (Belgium) – formerly Nafta (B); Vesta Biofuels Brunsbuttel (Germany) – formerly 3B Biofuels; and Vesta Biofuels Amsterdam (the Netherlands) formerly Mercuria BioEnergy.
Mercuria's minority holdings in assets in China, Africa and Brazil do not carry the Vesta name.
Mercuria has a growing portfolio of assets in midstream oil and biofuels and we want our customers to be able to identify with a common brand delivering a safe and reliable service, Anton Klomp, member of the board of Mercuria, says.
