In Maine, US, one Portland tank terminal is getting a colourful makeover.
As part of the Maine Center for Creativitys Art All Around project one storage tank has been painted and a further 15 will be transformed.
The triangular forms represent sails in the wind and waves on the rocky Maine coast. The artists are using durable paint which will stand up to harsh weather conditions.
When the project is completed it will be the largest permanent art display in the world, covering 261,000 square feet, and visible from space.
