BP is to expand its terminal in the Port of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
The project, with a total investment cost of over 50 million, will expand BP's distribution infrastructure with new jetties and modifications to existing facilities, storage tanks and infrastructure. Completion is expected by early 2008, and will allow the BP Amsterdam Terminal to handle more vessels and significantly increase its throughput.
The contract to supply engineering, procurement, and construction services to the project has been awarded to a subsidiary of Jacobs Engineering Group Inc.
