LNG Tank Construction Manager
Location: Angola

Description
- Organises and implements works on site, including coordination and supervision (about 15 expats + 25 TCN/local)
- Manage interface with Site project management and with Paris
- Manage subcontract (Bentini for full construction scope for about 130Meuros)
- Ensures efficient levels of performance, minimises costs and meets established deadlines, projects specifications, ensuring the respect of HSE and quality procedures and practices
* 2x160 000m3 LNG tanks
* 1x56 000m3 Propane Tank
* 1x12 000 Butane Tank (and maybe also the 2 spheres).
All tanks full containment and sliding formwork methodology for wall erection
Key applicant skills
- Supports the Site manager in the definition of the execution strategy
- Co-ordinates all interdisciplinary field works on a site, supervising the various disciplines/categories of Tank construction and assembly work
- Co-ordinates General and Detail Programs for work carried out directly and works handled by subcontractors, solving contingent problems on site and optimising the use of materials, work teams and available equipment.
- Solves co-ordination, priority and interface problems between the different work categories, in compliance with the wider interest of whole site.
- Monitors discipline superintendents to ensure their correct supervision of subcontracted works, material orders and specialist supplier’s services in compliance with established program, progress and costs objectives, as part of a wider objective to optimise manpower.
- Monitors discipline superintendents to ensure the correct implementation of Tank construction activities in compliance with quality standards and requirements.
- Assists the site project control engineer with the preparation of periodical reports, and supervises the correct implementation of procedures designed to collect work performance control data.
- Ensures the observance of security regulations in force on the site.
- Interfaces the Client with regards to technical aspects
