Surrounded by beautiful countryside and dramatic coastal landscapes and seascapes, SemLogistics is located in Milford Haven, Wales, and is the largest independent storage terminal in the UK. It offers 83 storage tanks of diverse sizes that collectively provide a total storage capacity of 1,485,811m3. Grand in stature, the SemLogistics tank storage facility occupies 105 hectares of the former 265 hectare Petroplus Tankstorage Terminal. The SemLogistics terminal was acquired from Petroplus in February 2006.
SemLogistics’ core business is midstream energy services, and its customer base is a combination of major oil companies and international traders. The company stores refined products that arrive at Milford Haven via ship. ‘With demand for storage increasing dramatically over the past decade, we believe SemLogistics is well positioned to play an integral role in Europe’s energy industry,’ says Nigel Passmore, MD.
